Commercial cleaning · new cleaners, for good

Contract won.
No staff to run it.

A cleaning business grows with buildings and fails on staffing. We make your business visible where clients search – and your open roles visible where people actually look.

No obligation – no lock-in contract

Three searches

Three places decide who finds you.

Commercial cleaning has a problem most sectors are only now seeing coming: the work is there, the people are not. Win a building you cannot staff and you either hand it on or deliver poorly – and both cost you the next contract as well.

01

The jobs box

Cleaners search locally, on their phone, almost never on company sites. You reach them in the jobs box.

02

The map

Property managers search for the service and the town: contract cleaning, high-level glass, builders’ cleans.

03

The AI answer

AI names two companies for the specific service. Whoever tenders checks exactly what it says there first.

Where it hurts

What keeps you out of sight.

  1. You are visible for "cleaning", not for the service

The generic term brings one-off jobs. Buildings on running contracts come through the specific service – regular, window, facade and post-construction cleaning.

  2. The vacancy reaches nobody

A notice on a board reaches no cleaner who is searching right now. Only roles marked up for machines appear in the jobs box – and almost nobody does it.

  3. Tenders check who you are

Before a client sends an enquiry, they look you up: website, map, reviews, references. An empty profile and a site with nothing on building types and certifications cost you the contract before any conversation happens.

  4. Staff turnover turns every ad into a standing cost

With high staff turnover, recruiting is not a project but a permanent state. Solve it with ads and you pay again every time.

The other search

This is what applicants ask ChatGPT.

Skilled staff and clients no longer just ask Google. They type their question into ChatGPT and get two or three names back. Whether yours is one of them depends on what is readable about your business online.

Example questions from your trade.

Applicants ask ChatGPT

Which cleaning company near me needs people for evening office shifts?

Where do cleaners earn more than minimum wage?

Clients ask ChatGPT

Which company here does high-level window cleaning?

Who takes on contract cleaning for 800 m² of offices?

ChatGPT names two or three local businesses. Your business: not named
HOW IT WORKS

4 steps, then no ad budget.

First we measure where you stand today. Then we build the groundwork that search engines and AI systems can read – all under your domain, all of it stays yours.

  1. 01 10 minutes

We look at where you stand

What do Google, the map and ChatGPT say about your business today – and who gets named instead? Several runs per question, not a snapshot.

If it would not pay off for you, we say no

  2. 02 Your effort: one conversation

    The foundation

Website and careers page on your domain – built so services, location, hours and roles are recorded machine-readably.

Domain and access under your name

  3. 03 First movement in 4–8 weeks

    Findable

Google profile and map complete, reviews visible, roles marked up for the jobs box, content written so an AI can quote it.

What people ask on the phone, answered where they search

  4. 04 Measured monthly

    It grows

We keep it maintained and sharpen it. Every month you see where you stand in search, on the map and in AI answers.

New services or roles you add yourself

Questions

What owners ask us before they start.

  1. 01 Our contracts come through tenders and contacts. Do we need visibility?
For the contract perhaps not – for staff, yes. And even a tender ends with someone looking you up. What they find plays a part in the decision. The same groundwork serves both.
  2. 02 Many of our staff are not native German speakers. Does this still help?
Yes, and it changes how you address them. A vacancy that says briefly, concretely and in plain language what the work is, when and for how much, gets read. What does not work is long lists of requirements in officialese – whatever the reader's native language.
  3. 03 Can you guarantee we rank first on Google or get named by ChatGPT?
Not a specific position – anyone promising that is selling a bet as a certainty. What we commit to is the work and the measurement: every month you see where you stand. If nothing moves within eight weeks of going live, we keep working without the monthly fee until it does.
  4. 04 How long until something happens?
The site goes live seven days after you sign off text and images. Visibility on Google and in AI answers builds over weeks, not overnight. If you need someone this week or revenue tomorrow, paid advertising is faster – we say so on the call rather than sell you the wrong thing.
  5. 05 We already have a website. Does it have to go?
Not necessarily. On the call we look at what sits underneath – often the design is fine and exactly the layer search engines read is missing. Then we add to it rather than rebuild. If the groundwork will not carry, we say that just as plainly.
  6. 06 Do you work for our competitor in the same town?
No. Visibility is decided locally: two businesses in the same trade and town fight over the same search terms and the same answer – we would devalue both. That is why we take on only one per town and specialism. If yours is taken, we say no.
One business per specialism and area

We never work against our own client.

Two businesses in the same specialism and town fight over the same search terms and the same answer. So we take one per catchment area – named in the contract. If yours is taken, we say so in the first conversation.

  • 1business per specialism and area – named in the contract
  • 100%yours: domain, site, accounts, data
  • monthlythe same questions to the same systems – with a date
  • 0 €if the work will not pay off in your area, we say no
The next step

Three businesses rank ahead of you. None of them does better work.

Anyone searching in your town sees a handful of names. If yours is not among them, the job is gone before you hear about it. On the call we tell you why.

What happens on the call

  1. Beforehand we check where you stand on Google and on the map, who gets named in your town instead, and what someone searching actually finds answered on your site.
  2. On the call we go through it together – on your site, not on slides. You see which enquiries are passing you by today, and why.
  3. At the end you have what needs doing, in what order, and what it costs. If it does not add up for you, we say so – that happens.

A systems builder, not an ad agency

An agency lives on your budget continuing to run.

Built once, then maintained. All of it under your domain – even if you cancel tomorrow.

What is left after the budget stops

Ends with the budget

  • A click price per visitor
  • Ads with no afterlife
  • Directory slots beside rivals
  • Profiles owned by others

Stays in your name

  • Website and source code
  • Google profile and map
  • Vacancies in the jobs box
  • Content the AI quotes

8 weeks If nothing moves after going live, we keep working without the monthly fee – until it does. Measured every month, in Google and in the AI answers.
